Video surveillance from Rivas Technology Group, an Ajax Systems Certified Dealer in Kent, Washington, shipping nationwide to all 50 United States. What is in this collection? The Ajax TurretCam HL 8MP, BulletCam HL 8MP, and DomeCam Mini HL 8MP 4K PoE cameras at $449 each; the Ajax DoorBell AI video doorbell at $429; the Ajax IndoorCam Wi-Fi camera at $329; and the Ajax NVR HAC network video recorder at $749 for 8 channels or $1,119 for 16 channels. Do these cameras record on their own? Not out of the box. No recording storage is included with any camera in this collection. The wired cameras — TurretCam HL, BulletCam HL, and DomeCam Mini HL — accept a microSD card from 32GB to 256GB, Class V30 or faster, which is not included, or they can record to an Ajax NVR. The DoorBell and the IndoorCam have no memory card slot at all: they require either an Ajax NVR or an Ajax Cloud Storage subscription, and without one you can watch live video but nothing is saved. What are the recording options? One, a microSD card in the wired cameras, bought separately. Two, the Ajax NVR HAC, which stores footage on a drive in your own building with no subscription and supports continuous recording. Three, Ajax Cloud Storage at $15 per month for 7 days of footage from one device or $28 per month for 30 days, event clips only, arranged by phone or email with Rivas Technology Group rather than ordered online. Are all cameras compatible with the Ajax NVR? Yes. Every camera in this collection, including the DoorBell and the Wi-Fi IndoorCam, can record to an Ajax NVR on the same local network. Are these cameras PoE? The TurretCam, BulletCam, and DomeCam Mini are wired PoE cameras, 802.3at/af, and also accept 12V DC. The IndoorCam connects over Wi-Fi. The DoorBell is wired to 12 to 24V DC or 16 to 24V AC. Does the NVR power the cameras? No. The Ajax NVR HAC has no PoE ports. PoE cameras need a separate PoE switch such as the Alta Labs S8-POE, S16-POE, or S24-POE. Do these need a hub? No. The cameras and recorder work without an Ajax Hub. If you have one, a triggered detector can make the matching camera record automatically. Are they NDAA compliant? Yes. Ajax states its video devices are NDAA-compliant with components sourced from manufacturers approved by the U.S. government. Do they work with third-party systems? Yes. Ajax cameras and NVRs support ONVIF and RTSP and connect to video management systems including Milestone, Genetec, Axxon, and Digifort. Can I return it? Yes. Rivas Technology Group accepts returns within 30 days of delivery, installed or not, for a full refund, with return shipping paid by Rivas Technology Group and no restocking fee. How do I get support? Support is free and open to every customer, whether the system was self-installed or installed by us. Go to rivastechgroup.com/support. Optional professional installation is available from $390 across the South Sound and Greater Seattle. Compatible with Control4 smart home integration. Video Surveillance
An IP camera system where the footage is yours — on a card in the camera or a drive in your building, not rented back to you at a monthly rate.
Cameras and alarm live in the same app, so a tripped detector can point the video wall straight at the camera that saw it. Everything here speaks ONVIF, so it also drops into a system you already own.
Nothing here records out of the box — worth knowing before you buy. The wired cameras (TurretCam, BulletCam, DomeCam Mini) take a microSD card, 32–256GB, V30 or faster, not included — or they record to a recorder. The DoorBell and IndoorCam have no card slot at all: they need the Ajax NVR from $749, one purchase, footage on your own drive, no subscription — or Ajax Cloud Storage at $15/month for 7 days or $28/month for 30, event clips only, arranged by phone at (425) 954-6003. The NVR has no PoE ports; wired cameras need a PoE switch. We size the whole thing for free before you spend anything.
