We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or services that we offer.

Products & Services

We sell smart home and security equipment from manufacturers including, but not limited to, Ajax Systems, Control4, Ruckus, and Alta Labs. We also offer professional installation, configuration, and monitoring services.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided by the manufacturer and presented as accurately as possible. We do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on this site are error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Colors and appearance may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to monitor settings and manufacturing variations.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system error, even if the order has been confirmed. If your order is canceled for this reason, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Payment is collected at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order on our site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. Reasons for declining an order may include product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or concerns about order accuracy or fraud.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Hardware orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery, installed or not, for a full refund. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.

Professional Installation & Services

Professional installation is available across the South Sound and Greater Seattle, starting at $390, and is quoted per project rather than sold as a fixed item in the cart. Our primary service area is within 20 miles of Kent, WA. Beyond that, a mobilization fee applies: $150 for 20–35 miles, $250 for 35–50 miles, and 50+ miles quoted individually. Installation scheduling is subject to availability and will be coordinated after your order is placed.

Self-installation does not limit your support. Every kit is pre-configured by our team before it ships, and technical support is included wherever you are. Manufacturer warranty terms apply regardless of installation method.

You are responsible for ensuring that your site is ready for installation as communicated during scheduling, including access to the work area, available power, and any necessary permits.

Monitoring Services

Monitoring services are billed month-to-month unless otherwise stated. By subscribing to a monitoring plan, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the interval and price listed at checkout.

Monitoring services rely on internet connectivity and cellular networks. We do not guarantee uninterrupted monitoring service and are not liable for failures caused by internet outages, power failures, cellular network disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from break-ins, attempted break-ins, fire, flood, or other events, regardless of whether a security or monitoring system purchased from us was in use at the time.

Warranty Disclaimer

Products sold through this website are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as specified by each manufacturer. Rivas Technology Group does not provide any additional warranty beyond what is offered by the manufacturer unless explicitly stated in writing.
