30 Days. Full Refund. We Pay The Shipping.

Rivas Technology Group accepts returns on all hardware within 30 days of delivery. Systems may be opened, installed, and used. That is the point of the 30 days.

Refunds are issued in full — including the $195 professional pre-configuration fee — to the original method of payment within 5 business days of the returned goods arriving at our Kent, Washington facility.

Rivas Technology Group provides a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. No restocking fee is charged.

Why We Can Do This

Every kit is configured by hand at our Kent facility before it ships. If it comes back, our own technicians reconfigure it. That is why we can accept a system you already installed, and why you do not have to do anything but put it in the box.

Conditions

All components supplied with the order must be returned, in undamaged condition allowing for normal handling and installation.
Original packaging is appreciated but is not a condition of refund.
Ajax hubs bind to a customer account. We release the hub from your Ajax account on our end — no action is required from you.

Services

Services performed — professional installation labor, system design, and WiFi heat map design — are not refundable once rendered. Hardware is always returnable.

Monitoring

Monitoring is billed month-to-month with no contract and no early termination fee. Fees are not refundable for months already served. Cancel at any time; the equipment remains yours and continues to function as a full local alarm. See our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.

Defects & Warranty

Defective goods are covered by the 30-day return period, at your election of refund or replacement. Beyond 30 days, products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and handled as replacement of the same model. Rivas Technology Group administers warranty claims on your behalf — you will not be sent to a manufacturer support line.
