Subscription & Recurring Purchase Options
Certain products and services sold through our store are available as recurring subscriptions, including monitoring services and other month-to-month plans. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Rivas Technology Group to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval and price listed at checkout until you cancel.
How to Cancel
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time by contacting us:

Please include your name, order number, and the subscription you wish to cancel so we can process your request promptly.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
- Cancellation requests take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service through the remainder of the period you have already paid for.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
- Once canceled, no further charges will be applied to your payment method.
Monitoring Service Cancellation
Monitoring services are billed month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time — there are no early termination fees. Upon cancellation:
- Professional monitoring and alarm dispatch will cease at the end of the current billing period.
- Your Ajax system hardware remains yours and will continue to function for local alerts, app notifications, and automation — monitoring simply stops.
- If you wish to reactivate monitoring in the future, contact us and we can re-enroll your system.
Changes to Your Subscription
If you need to upgrade, downgrade, or modify your subscription plan, contact us and we'll adjust it for your next billing cycle. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period unless otherwise arranged.
