Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Because our products are specialty, curated, and often special-order components, we do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Compatibility issues
  • Change of plans
  • Installation scheduling conflicts

Defective Products

If a product arrives defective or fails under manufacturer warranty:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery for DOA (dead on arrival) claims.
  • Warranty claims after 7 days are handled under the manufacturer's warranty policy.
  • Defective products will be replaced with the same model once verified.
  • We do not offer refunds for defective items — replacement only.

All warranty replacements require original packaging and proof of purchase.

Many products sold through our store are ordered specifically for each customer. Special order items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once processed.

Certain products require professional installation and configuration for proper operation and warranty compliance.

  • Professional installation is available within 25 miles of Kent, WA.
  • Products purchased without professional installation may have limited technical support.

We strongly recommend professional installation for all Ajax System kits. Add it to your cart at checkout or contact us to schedule.
