A leak reaches the app only and the central station never sees it. On a self-monitored system, at no monthly cost, every alert reaches the app only. What happens when a detector triggers? The device sounds a local alarm and the Ajax Hub pushes an alert to every phone on the account immediately. Who do these alerts go to? You and everyone on the account, always. On a monitored Washington State system, a smoke, heat, or carbon monoxide alarm also reaches the central station. A water leak alert does not. What does the WaterStop do?
